These Tabata workout routines are not for the light hearted. It includes some advanced moves, all of which are doable with some easy modifications. 


After a good warm up here's how the tabata workout routine will go down. 


The exercises:

  1. Barbell Thrusters
  2. Kettlebell Swings
  3. Barbell Hang Cleans
  4. Dumbbell Renegade Row

You can either run through each exercise one by one which would be your starting point in true Tabata Tradition if you've only got 4 minutes to spare. 


If you have more time split up the tabata workout routine into two or four tabata routines to make a longer workout session.
