15 Minute Fat burning Tabata Workout Routine With Free Weights

If you need a workout that will help you burn some serious calories, fire up your metabolism and melt some fat then this is the one. This 15 minute Tabata workout with weights is sweaty!
This 15 minute Tabata routine is not for the light hearted. They include some advanced moves, all of which are doable with some easy modifications.
After a good warm-up (see below), move on to the Tabata workout.

What you’ll need: kettlebell, barbell/dumbbells
The exercises:
- Barbell Thrusters
- Kettlebell Swings
- Barbell Hang Cleans
- Dumbbell Renegade Row

For this 15 minute Tabata workout you will complete three separate Tabatas split by a 90 second rest as follows.
Tabata 1
Complete 4 rounds of the following two exercises.
20 seconds on. 10 seconds off.
- Barbell Thrusters
- Kettlebell Swings
Rest 90 seconds and then move on to Tabata 2
Tabata 2
Complete 4 rounds of the following two exercises.
20 seconds on. 10 seconds off.
- Barbell Hang Cleans
- Dumbbell Renegade Row
Rest 90 seconds and then move on to the final Tabata. It’s a big one.
Tabata 3
Complete 2 rounds of the following two exercises.
20 seconds on. 10 seconds off.
- Barbell Thrusters
- Kettlebell Swings
- Barbell Hang Cleans
- Dumbbell Renegade Row
Workout Complete.
