complete the following in order:

- 20 sec Burpees
- 10 sec REST
- 20 sec Clean & Press
- 10 sec REST
- 20 sec Burpees
- 10 sec REST
- 20 sec Clean & Press
- 10 sec REST
- 20 sec Burpees
- 10 sec REST
- 20 sec Clean & Press
- 10 sec REST
- 20 sec Burpees
- 10 sec REST
Make sure you set your timer to 20 sec. on 10 sec. off and do a total of four minutes.
