If you can Clean & Jerk do it but as you get tired you'll most likely struggle so a press or jerk press might be a bit more effective. 

 

The Exercises:

  1. Clean & Jerk 
  2. Burpees

This Full Body Tabata Workouts With Weights is best done as a couple. However it'll still be VERY effective on their own. 

 

Make sure you set your timer to 20 sec. on 10 sec. off and do a total of four minutes.
