If you can Clean & Jerk do it but as you get tired you’ll most likely struggle so a press or jerk press might be a bit more effective.

What you need: barbell or dumbells for clean and press/jerk

complete the following in order:

  • 20 sec Clean & Press
  • 10 sec REST
  • 20 sec Burpees
  • 10 sec REST
  • 20 sec Clean & Press
  • 10 sec REST
  • 20 sec Burpees
  • 10 sec REST
  • 20 sec Clean & Press
  • 10 sec REST
  • 20 sec Burpees
  • 10 sec REST
  • 20 sec Clean & Press
  • 10 sec REST
  • 20 sec Burpees
  • 10 sec REST

Make sure you set your timer to 20 sec. on 10 sec. off and do a total of four minutes.
