Free Weight Tabata Workout Routines

Now we're getting serious, these free weight only workouts are some of the hardest we could think of. Make sure your warm up!They are hard but they are also fun, using dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. We also have some great hybrid tabata workouts which mix free weights and body weight to give you the ultimate workout!

Before you start any Tabata workout please remember to warm up to minimise the risk of injury. Below is our recommended Tabata Warm- Up. You can rest as needed, the aim is to get your heart rate up, your muscles and joints warm and get your body ready for TABATA!
